How Often Can I Order a GLP-1 Pen?
You are eligible to order:
1 GLP-1 pen every 2 weeks
The 2-week period is calculated from your last dispatch date
This means:
The countdown begins on the date your previous GLP-1 pen was dispatched.
You must wait 14 days from that dispatch date before placing your next order.
How Many GLP-1 Pens Can I Order at Once?
For GLP-1 medications:
You can only order one pen at a time.
We are unable to supply multiple pens in a single order.
This quantity limit applies to both Wegovy and Mounjaro.
Why Are There Quantity Limits?
Quantity limits are in place to:
Ensure treatment is used safely
Support appropriate dose progression
Maintain clinical oversight between orders
Each GLP-1 order must go through a clinical review before approval and dispatch.
Important Notes
Ordering earlier than 2 weeks from your last dispatch date will not be permitted.
Multiple-pen orders cannot be processed.
Each reorder requires completion of an eligibility form and clinical review.
