How to cancel an order or subscription

To stop an upcoming order or subscription:

Log in: Access your MedExpress account

Go to orders: Navigate to the “Orders” or “My Subscriptions” section

Select your order: Choose the upcoming order you want to stop

Cancel: Select the option to cancel if it is still eligible

Confirmation: You will receive an email once this has been processed

Important deadlines and restrictions

The ability to cancel depends on the stage of your order:
