Same-day dispatch eligibility
Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday to Friday may qualify for same-day dispatch. This is subject to the following conditions:
The MedExpress clinical review is complete and approved.
No additional safety screening is required.
Please note: Some treatments, including GLP-1 weight loss medications, will require extra clinical checks and may not dispatch the same day.
Delivery options for non-GLP-1 medications
For all standard (non-GLP-1) medications, the following options are available:
Standard Delivery (£2.90): Typical speed of 1–3 days after dispatch.
Express Delivery (£3.95): Typical speed of within 24 hours after dispatch.
Post Office Collection (£3.95): Typical speed of 1–3 working days (including Saturdays) after dispatch.
Delivery partners for GLP-1 medications
As of March 2026, the delivery partner assigned to your weight loss medication is determined by the specific brand you have been prescribed:
Mounjaro: All doses are delivered via Royal Mail.
Wegovy: All doses are delivered via DPD.
Important Restriction: GLP-1 medications cannot be collected from a Post Office and must be delivered directly to your chosen address using the partners listed above.
Courier tracking
Regardless of the partner assigned, MedExpress provides tracking confirmation so you can monitor your delivery progress:
DPD (Wegovy): Progress can be monitored through the DPD tracking service or mobile app.
Royal Mail (Mounjaro): Progress can be monitored via the Royal Mail tracking website or app.
Confirmation: Your final tracking details and assigned courier will be confirmed via email once your order has been dispatched.
