Medical Check-ins, Side Effects & Prescriptions

This article explains the medical check-in requirements for your GLP-1 subscription, how GLP-1 prescriptions work, and how to report side effects or update your medical information.

Required medical check-ins

Most GLP-1 subscribers need to complete a short medical consultation — called short medical check-in every 3 months. This is a medical safety requirement to make sure your GLP-1 treatment remains appropriate for you. If you miss your Repeats consultation, your GLP-1 subscription will be put on hold until the medical-check-in consultation is completed.

How GLP-1 prescriptions work

Each GLP-1 prescription covers up to 3 fills at the same dose, with a 3-month expiry. You do not need a new consultation to request a GLP-1 dose change between required medical check-ins.
