MedExpress's current Mounjaro® pricing, correct as of April 2026, is as follows:
2.5mg (starting dose): £179.99
5mg (step up): £189.99
7.5mg (step up): £249.99
10mg (step up): £279.99
12.5mg (step up): £299.99
15mg (highest dose): £309.99
In September 2025, the manufacturer increased the wholesale price of Mounjaro®, and MedExpress adjusted its pricing accordingly. These are MedExpress's current prices for all Mounjaro® doses.
Your Mounjaro® Options Moving Forward
If you're currently taking Mounjaro® and want to review your options in light of these price changes, you have two paths:
Continue with Mounjaro®. You can continue your treatment at the current pricing listed above. MedExpress's clinical team can assist you in transitioning safely if you later decide to change treatments.
Switch to Wegovy®. If you'd prefer an alternative GLP-1 treatment, you can switch to Wegovy®. MedExpress's clinical team can assist you in transitioning safely between treatments.
