Troubleshooting Upload Issues
If your files meet the standards above but won't upload through the links, please try the following steps:
Check the File Type: Uploads must be in JPG or PNG format. Avoid using "Live Photos." If your photo is in a different format, adjust your camera settings and retake the image.
Check the File Size: High-resolution cameras can create files that are too large to upload. Adjusting your camera to "standard" quality can resolve this.
Check Your Connection: Ensure you are on a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
Change Your Device or Browser: Try uploading from a different phone, tablet, or computer, or switch to a different browser (such as Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox).
