Review and Dispatch Timeframe
Weight loss injection orders are typically reviewed and dispatched within 1–4 working days of order submission.
This review ensures:
• Your consultation details are complete
• Your prescription information is accurate
• The order meets clinical and safety requirements
Orders are not dispatched until the review process is complete.
Please note: The prescribing team does not routinely work on weekends, so orders submitted later in the week may experience slight delays.
Understanding Your Order Status
“Prescriber Review”
This status means your order is currently being assessed by the clinical team.
No action is required unless you are contacted for additional information.
“Under Review”
If your order shows as “Under Review,” it is still within the normal prescribing timeframe of 1–4 working days.
This status does not mean there is a problem with your order.
Delivery Timeline After Dispatch
