If you have access to the MedExpress account
If you have the login credentials for the deceased member's account, follow these steps to cancel the subscription:
Visit the MedExpress Account Dashboard.
Click the Login button and enter the account credentials.
Locate the subscription section and click Cancel Subscription.
Confirm the cancellation to ensure no further MedExpress orders are processed.
If you do not have access to the MedExpress account
If you cannot log into the MedExpress account, we can manually cancel the account for you. Please gather the following information regarding the account owner before reaching out:
