Weight loss injection orders are typically reviewed and dispatched within 4 working days of order submission.
This review ensures:
Your consultation details are complete.
Your prescription information is accurate.
The order meets clinical and safety requirements.
Orders are not dispatched until the review process is complete.
Delivery Timeline After Dispatch
Once your weight loss injection order has been dispatched:
Delivery usually takes an additional 1–3 working days.
Delivery time begins after dispatch, not from the original order date.
This also applies to any paid delivery option, such as next-day delivery. If you have chosen next-day delivery or a similar expedited delivery option, the delivery timeframe starts from the point your order is dispatched, not from when you place your order. For example, if you choose next-day delivery, this means your order will arrive on the next working day after dispatch, not the next working day after you submit your order.

Can I Request a Delay to My Order?
No. Once a weight loss injection order has been placed and prescribed, the customer cannot request that any stage of the order be delayed. This includes requesting a delay to review, approval, dispatch, or delivery.
For example, if your Mounjaro or Wegovy order is prescribed on a Friday, you cannot request that dispatch be delayed until the following Monday.
Any delays to the timelines described in this article can only occur from our side, such as the clinical team requiring further information before the order can proceed, as described above. Customer-requested delays to any stage of an already-placed order are not possible.
