What you need to do
If you have noticed an error in your delivery address, you must act fast:
Reach out now: Contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible.
Have this ready: The full new address (including the postcode).
What’s possible (and what isn’t)
Before dispatch:
If your order has not yet left our pharmacy, we will do our best to update the address. However, we cannot guarantee this, as our order processing starts very quickly to ensure timely delivery.
After dispatch:
We cannot change the delivery address once your medication has been shipped.
Delivered to the wrong address:
If your order has already been delivered to the incorrect address, please contact us. We will investigate and advise on the next steps.
