How Often Can I Order a Wegovy® or Mounjaro® Pen?
You're eligible to order one new Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pen every 2 weeks. This 2-week period is calculated from the dispatch date of your last Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pen, not the date you place your next order.
This means:
The 14-day countdown begins on the date your previous Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pen was dispatched — not the date you receive it.
You must wait at least 14 days from that dispatch date before placing your next Wegovy® or Mounjaro® order.
How Many Wegovy® or Mounjaro® Pens Can I Order at Once?
For GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® and Mounjaro®:
You can only order one Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pen at a time.
MedExpress is unable to supply multiple Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pens in a single order.
This one-pen-per-order limit applies to both Wegovy® and Mounjaro®.
Why Are There Quantity and Frequency Limits on Wegovy® and Mounjaro®?
Quantity and frequency limits on Wegovy® and Mounjaro® are in place to:
Ensure your treatment is used safely
Support appropriate dose progression as you move through Wegovy® or Mounjaro® titration
Maintain clinical oversight between each Wegovy® or Mounjaro® order
Each Wegovy® or Mounjaro® order goes through a clinical review before it's approved and dispatched.
Important Notes
You cannot place a new Wegovy® or Mounjaro® order earlier than 14 days from your last dispatch date.
MedExpress cannot process orders for multiple Wegovy® or Mounjaro® pens at once.
Each reorder requires you to complete an eligibility form, which is reviewed by MedExpress's clinical team before approval.
