Ordering Your Medication: Reordering and Ongoing Care

Understanding when to place your next order is essential for maintaining consistent treatment, whether you are using GLP-1 weight loss medications or other prescribed treatments.

When Can I Place My Next Order?

For GLP-1 Weight Loss Medications (e.g. Wegovy® or Mounjaro®)

These medications are supplied as a single pre-filled pen intended to last for four weeks (based on a once-weekly dosing schedule).

To help avoid interruptions to your treatment:

  • Plan ahead: Monitor your usage closely. We recommend placing your next order when you are due to take the final dose from your current pen. This allows enough time for your clinical review.

  • Clinical review: Weight loss injections require additional clinical safety checks. Ordering early helps ensure your next supply arrives before your current pen runs out, allowing for the typical 1–4 working day clinical review period.

For Non-GLP-1 Medications

For other treatments, we recommend placing your next order before your current supply is exhausted.

If your treatment is for an episodic condition, place your next order while you still have enough medication to cover the time between ordering and delivery.

How to Check Your Reorder Status

MedExpress makes it easy to see when you're eligible to reorder.

  1. Log in to your MedExpress account.

  2. Go to your Account Dashboard.

  3. Select Order History.

Here you'll find all of your previous orders.

Important Reminders for Ongoing Orders

  • Clinical approval: Every order is reviewed by a clinician to ensure treatment remains safe and appropriate.

  • Provide updated information: If your health, medications, or circumstances have changed, you must declare this during your consultation. Failure to do so may result in your order being placed on hold.

  • Check your email: Keep an eye on the email address linked to your account. We'll contact you if any additional information is required to process your order.

If you still need help after reviewing the information above, additional assistance is available.
