If You've Forgotten Your Password
If you cannot log in to MedExpress, you can reset your password from the login screen.
Go to the MedExpress website
Click "Account and orders" (top right of the homepage)
Select "Forgotten your password?" on the login screen
Enter the email address linked to your MedExpress account
Select "Send instructions"
Check your email inbox for the password reset message
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password
Once you've completed these steps, you can log in to MedExpress using your new password.
Changing Your Password While Logged In
If you already have access to your MedExpress account, you can update your password in your account settings.
Go to the MedExpress website
Click "Account and orders" (top right of the homepage)
Log in to your account
Go to "Account settings"
Select "Your details"
Choose "Change password"
Enter your new password and confirm it
Submit your changes
Your MedExpress account password will be updated immediately.
If You Don't Receive the Password Reset Email
If you don't receive your MedExpress password reset email:
Check your spam or junk folder
Make sure you entered the correct email address for your MedExpress account
Wait a few minutes and try again if needed
