This article explains how to cancel the MedExpress account and any active MedExpress subscription belonging to someone who has passed away. If a friend or family member has passed away and had an active MedExpress account or subscription, MedExpress can help you cancel it on their behalf to prevent further charges or deliveries.

If You Have Access to the MedExpress Account
If you have the login credentials for the deceased account holder's MedExpress account, follow these steps to cancel the subscription:
You can start the process of cancelling the subscription through this link:

Go to the MedExpress website.
Click "Account and orders" (top right of the homepage).
Log in using the deceased account holder's MedExpress login credentials.
On the "Your account" page, click "My subscriptions".
Under "Subscription settings", click "Cancel subscription".
Confirm the cancellation to ensure no further MedExpress orders are processed.
If You Do Not Have Access to the MedExpress Account
If you cannot log into the deceased account holder's MedExpress account, MedExpress can cancel the account and any active subscription on your behalf. To help MedExpress locate and verify the correct account without needing your own login access, gather the following details about the account holder in advance:
Email address: The email address associated with the MedExpress account
Phone number: The phone number associated with the MedExpress account
Delivery address: The full delivery address registered to the MedExpress account
Payment information: Details of the payment method currently used on the MedExpress account (such as the last four digits of the card)
