Referral Scheme (Refer a Friend)
The referral scheme allows existing customers to earn account credit by privately referring friends or family.
How it works
Share your unique code privately. If your friend is a new customer and places a qualifying order over £99, they receive £50 off, and you receive £50 in account credit once their order is dispatched.

Eligibility
To qualify for a price match:
• You must be an existing customer
• The request must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase
• The order value must be £99.99 or higher
• The product must match in brand, strength, quantity, and size
• The medication must be in stock at both MedExpress and the competitor
Exclusions
Price matching does not apply if:
• A MedExpress discount or referral code was used
• The competitor’s price relies on promotional offers, vouchers, bundles, referral discounts, or discount codes
• The order has already been refunded or returned

Eligible Blue Light Card holders can receive 30% off their first MedExpress order.
Requirements
• The name on your Blue Light Card must match your MedExpress account

Application

Retrospective application
If a discount code is not entered during checkout and the order is completed, the discount cannot be added afterwards.
