How Do I Receive and Redeem My Referral Credit?
Once referral credit has been awarded, it's automatically applied to your next eligible order at checkout — you don't need to enter a code or manually redeem it.
You can check your available referral credit at any time in your Referral dashboard.
Navigate to your Referral dashboard here: https://www.medexpress.co.uk/account/referrals or
Go to the MedExpress website.
Click "Account and orders" (top right of the homepage).
Log in to your account.
On your account dashboard, go to "Refer and Earn" to view your referral credit and unique referral link.
When Will My Referral Credit Be Added?
MedExpress adds your referral credit after the customer you referred has had their order dispatched.
If your referred customer's order is cancelled or not approved, the referral credit will be removed and won't be available to use.
When new referral credit is added to your account, MedExpress sends you an email confirmation. You can also check your available referral credit at any time in your Referral dashboard.
Where Do I Find My Unique Referral Link?
You can find your unique MedExpress referral link in your Referral dashboard: https://www.medexpress.co.uk/account/referrals
Share your unique referral link with friends or family so they can receive a referral discount if they're eligible.
What Does My Referred Friend Need to Do to Claim Their Discount?
Whether you're referring a friend or you've received a referral link from someone else, the referred customer must:
Open or use the unique MedExpress referral link.
Place an eligible order through that referral link.
Be a new MedExpress customer.
Be approved for treatment by MedExpress's clinical team.
Place an order with a value of £99 or more.
If these requirements are met, the MedExpress referral discount is applied automatically at checkout — no referral code is needed.
