You can view your MedExpress referral credit at any time in the Referral dashboard within your account.
Once referral credit has been awarded, the MedExpress referral credit is automatically applied to your next eligible order during checkout. You do not need to enter a code or manually redeem the referral credit.
When will I receive my referral credit?
MedExpress adds your referral credit after the customer you referred has had their order dispatched.
If the referred customer's order is cancelled or not approved, the referral credit will be removed and will not be available to use.
When new MedExpress referral credit is added to your account, we'll send you an email confirmation. You can also check your available referral credit at any time in the Referral dashboard within your account.

Share your unique referral link with friends or family so they can receive a referral discount if they are eligible.
How does the person I refer get their referral discount?
The person you refer must:
Use your unique MedExpress referral link to visit the website.
Complete their order through that referral link.
Meet the eligibility requirements for the referral programme.
If they are eligible, the MedExpress referral discount will automatically appear and be applied during checkout.
How do I redeem my referral credit?
Your MedExpress referral credit is automatically redeemed during checkout on your next eligible order.
You can check your available referral credit at any time in the Referral dashboard within your account. There is no need to enter a code or manually apply your referral credit.
How do I claim my referral discount?
To claim a MedExpress referral discount, you must:
Open the unique referral link shared with you by a friend or family member.
Place an eligible order through that referral link.
Be a new MedExpress customer.
Be approved for treatment by the MedExpress clinical team.
Place an order with a value of £99 or more.
If you meet all of these requirements, the MedExpress referral discount will be applied automatically at checkout. No referral code is needed.
