Is placed in a refrigerator immediately on arrival,

Mounjaro remains safe to use for up to 30 days from the dispatch date

How to check the dispatch time
The courier tracking record (for example, Royal Mail tracking) shows when the parcel was handed to the courier.
This handover time usually marks the start of the 24-hour transit window.

A GLP-1 pen may be unsuitable for use if:
Delivery occurred more than 24 hours after dispatch and
the pen was exposed to temperatures above 30 °C, orThe liquid inside the pen appears:
