You can resume your subscription by accessing this link: https://www.medexpress.co.uk/my-subscriptions
or
Go to the MedExpress website
Click "Account and orders" (top right of the homepage)
Log in to your account
On the "Your account" page, click "My subscriptions"
Select "Restart Subscription"
For GLP1 Orders:
If there has been a gap since your last GLP-1 order, you may be asked to complete a short medical check-in before your GLP-1 subscription is reactivated — this medical check-in requirement is clearly signposted during the restart flow.
