How Is My MedExpress Order Packaged?
To protect your privacy, all MedExpress orders are packaged to be as discreet as possible.
Exterior: your MedExpress order is sent in a plain brown padded envelope or a plain cardboard box.
Branding: there are no logos, pharmacy names, or branding of any kind on the packaging.
Labels: the only visible marking on the parcel is your delivery address label.
Contents: there's no external indication of what's inside your MedExpress package.
How Can I Get My MedExpress Order Delivered More Discreetly?
If you'd prefer not to receive your MedExpress parcel at your home address, you can select an alternative delivery method during checkout:
Navigate to the "Delivery Options" section during checkout.
Select the option to deliver to a local Post Office™.
Collect your MedExpress order from the Post Office™ at your convenience, for added privacy.
Delivery to a local Post Office™ isn't available for all medications or delivery options.
