This article explains what to do if a weight loss bundle arrives with packaging that looks damaged or squashed, and what to do if part of the order is missing or the medication inside appears damaged. Use this article if your parcel does not arrive in the expected condition.
My weight loss bundle packaging looks damaged or squashed. Is the medication still safe to use?
In many cases, packaging that looks damaged or squashed is caused by external box compression during transit. Weight loss bundle orders are carefully packed and checked before dispatch.
In most cases, external packaging damage does not affect the safety or effectiveness of your medication. However, if you believe the integrity of your medication has been compromised as a result, please follow the steps below.
Mandatory Evidence for Damaged Items
If your order has been delivered damaged, you must supply a video of the packaging.
Important: Without clear video evidence of the damage, MedExpress may not be able to provide any further assistance, replacements, or refunds.
What the video should capture:
To allow our clinical team to assess the issue, the video must clearly show:
The delivery label on the outside of the parcel.
The dispensing label (showing your name, date, and medication details).
The specific damage to the outer or inner packaging.
What should I do if part of my weight loss bundle is missing?
If part of your weight loss bundle is missing, contact MedExpress support immediately. The team will review your order and help make sure you receive the correct supply safely.
Support
