This article explains who can order weight loss bundles, why some patients do not see bundle options, and how long three-month treatment bundles may be available. Use this article if you want to understand bundle eligibility, especially if you are new to treatment, currently increasing your dose, or checking whether a three-month prescription is available.
Who can order a weight loss bundle?
You may be eligible to order a weight loss bundle if all of the following are true:
You are continuing on the same dose.
You have purchased that same dose before.
Your treatment is stable.
You are tolerating your current dose well.
You are not currently increasing your dose through titration.
Weight loss bundles are intended for patients who are already established on treatment.
Why can’t I see a weight loss bundle in my account?
You may not see a weight loss bundle if your treatment has not yet stabilised.
This may apply if:
You are a new user.
You are on a starter dose.
You are moving up to a higher dose.
Your prescriber may need flexibility to adjust your treatment.
Your clinical team needs to monitor your response or side effects more closely.
Why are bundles not offered when I move up to a higher dose?
If you are moving up to a higher dose, you may still be in titration.
During titration:
your prescriber may need to adjust your treatment
your dose may need to change
your response and side effects may need closer monitoring
Because of this, bundle options may not be offered until you are settled on a maintenance dose.
Are new users or patients on starter doses eligible for bundles?
No. New users and patients on starter doses are not eligible to order weight loss bundles.
This is because the clinical team may need to monitor treatment more closely during the early stages.
How long will the 3-month treatment option be available?
At the moment, a three-month prescription is available.
This may change in the future based on:
clinical guidance
regulatory requirements
If the three-month bundle option changes, an update will be shared.
