After clinical approval, the MedExpress pharmacy team prepares your medication for dispatch.
Depending on the medication supplied, your parcel may include:
Ice packs (for temperature-sensitive medications)
Injection needles
A sharps bin
Once the MedExpress pharmacy team dispatches your order, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number and the courier used for delivery.
How Do I Track My Delivery?
After your order has been dispatched, you can track your parcel using the tracking link provided in the dispatch email.
MedExpress deliveries are typically sent using:
Royal Mail, or
DPD
MedExpress selects the courier for your order automatically — customers cannot choose which courier delivers their order.
