- Select Cancel subscription.
- Follow the cancellation flow in your account.
- Review the confirmation screen. The confirmation screen will show whether your cancellation applies to your next order or to the order after that.

When does cancellation take effect?
Cancellation stops future orders and payments.
If your next order has not yet entered processing, cancellation will stop that next order.
If your order is already being processed, usually 2–3 working days before dispatch, the in-process order cannot be stopped. In this case, cancellation will apply to the order after the in-process order and to all future orders.
