How to update your payment method
- Go to My Subscriptions at medexpress.co.uk/my-subscriptions
- Click "Change Payment Method"
- Select your GLP-1 Weight Loss Subscription — each GLP-1 subscription has its own payment method
- Enter and save your new card details
Your updated payment details will apply to all future orders on that GLP-1 subscription. If you have more than one GLP-1 subscription, you'll need to update payment details separately for each.
How payment dates work
GLP-1 subscription payments are taken 1–3 working days before your scheduled dispatch date. There is no way to set a specific payment date independently — but if you'd like to shift when you're charged, you can reschedule your upcoming order from My Subscriptions. Moving your dispatch date will move your GLP-1 payment date accordingly.
What happens if a GLP-1 payment fails?
We'll automatically retry your GLP-1 payment up to 3 times, with each retry 10 days apart. We recommend updating your card details in My Subscriptions as soon as possible to avoid a delay to your GLP-1 order.
