You can move your next upcoming order to an earlier or later date through My Subscriptions.
To reschedule your upcoming order:
- Go to medexpress.co.uk/my-subscriptions.
- Find your upcoming order.
- Select the rescheduling option for your upcoming order.
- Choose a new dispatch date within the available rescheduling window.
- Confirm the new dispatch date.
Only your next upcoming order can be rescheduled.
You cannot reschedule the order after your upcoming order yet. The rescheduling option for the following order becomes available once the current upcoming order has dispatched.

You can reschedule your upcoming GLP-1 weight loss order within these limits:
